Your Ibory account

Your account is your name everywhere in Ibory and keeps a copy of your game online. Most things are done inside the game, under Settings, Account and cloud save.

Make an account or sign in

Open the game, go to Settings, Account and cloud save, and pick a username and password. On a new device, sign in with the same ones and your newest save comes back.

Change your in-game name

In the game: Settings, Your name. The first change is free, then one every 30 days. Your sign-in username stays the same.

Lost your phone, or think someone else is signed in?

Sign in on any device, then tap Sign out of other devices in Settings, Account and cloud save. Every other device is signed out and stops getting notifications.

Forgot your password?

Message the admin on the Ibory Discord or email iboryfree@gmail.com from the device you play on.

Delete your account

You can do this in the game (Settings, Account and cloud save, Delete account) or here. It removes, for good and straight away:

• both cloud saves
• your high-score rows, and your profile, frame and hero pictures
• your world chat, alliance chat and private messages, reactions and chat pictures
• your alliance membership (if you led it, the next member takes over), invasions, War Marks and cosmetics
• phone notifications, and reports you sent

Finished match and trade logs keep your name as it appeared in them. The game saved on your own device isn't touched, and this can't be undone. See the privacy policy for everything the server keeps.

Can't sign in? Ask on Discord or by email (above) and the account is deleted for you.
